Breakbeat Paradise
Wiccatron is the alias of electrobreaker Kim Sørensen and DJ Kimmie P. Co-founder of Breakbeat Paradise Recordings with Badboe. Label Management, recording artist, drum programming, remix engineer. Dj'ing began at the dancefloor at international collegium venues with many different ears to feed. “Made a series of tekfunk remixes discribing a sort of progressive mash of electroclash in between funky breaks and house/rave music". The approach to musicmaking came even before teenagehood featured in different so called demos on Commodore Amiga making music for demogroups at “demoparties” in the beginning of the nineties. The music back then was fast and electronic to go with the grafical demoes by programmers. With further more new guestartists and collaborators aiming for the clubs, chills, trips and thrills on The Wiccatron Tekfunk Factory moving away from what you could describe as more armchair based versions of the breakbeat genre. If it breaks! Don't fix it!
